Harry Potter

Happy New Year everyone!
I'm beginning my New Year with a confession..... I have never read all the Harry Potter books. I haven't even seen all the movies....

(I've only read the 1st four - eons ago - it took me 6 weeks....! ) I hear Cassie at Bledisloe school and other avid Harry Potter fans gasping in horror.

BUT I have spent the last two weeks with my head in a 'Harry Potter' in every possible moment! I have read 'The Philosopher's Stone', the 'Chamber of Secrets', the 'Prisoner of Azkaban', and the 'Goblet of Fire' books in 10 days and I'm half way through 'Order of the Phoenix'.

To all the members of our Tween Bookclub here in Napier - I'm planning a Harry Potter evening sometime in the New Year and I had to have read them all to do it properly. I am enjoying them a gazillion times more than when I read them last - and of course, having one to read straight after the other is awesome. How on earth did all you true Potter fans stand it waiting for the next book?

Better go read some more.....
